The person behind SplashDev
I’m Hans Kort, the founder of SplashDev. I bring together a background in business development, technical relationship management and Microsoft Dynamics.
Since starting SplashDev in 2017, I’ve worked with organisations internationally to turn business needs and technical requirements into practical solutions.
I enjoy understanding complex challenges, finding ways to make things work better, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Before starting SplashDev in 2017, I spent many years at Microsoft and in international software businesses, working across technology, customer relationships and business development.
I knew the technology-provider side of the table. Starting SplashDev gave me the opportunity to understand business from the other side — working directly with companies to understand their challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
Since then, I’ve combined business understanding with experience in Microsoft Dynamics, solution design, integrations and international project delivery. That perspective helps me connect what a business needs with what technology can realistically do.
